RYAN MOUNT CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Over 25 years' experience across the mining and finance industries combined. Mr Mount has overseen and led exploration and mine development teams in Australia and overseas including mineral discoveries, resource development, feasibility studies, and mine construction teams. Expertise in small to mid-cap mining financing for exploration and development as well as originating and negotiating offtake agreements. Mr Mount is also a Director of Western Gold Resources (ASX:WGR) and Rosslyn Hill Mining and is a registered Site Senior Executive (WA & QLD) and a member of AusIMM and AICD.

KYM REVINGTON EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR (GEOLOGY)

Mr Revington is a discovery-driven exploration geologist with 25 years of experience in the mining and exploration industry. He specialises in gold, copper, and tungsten exploration, having led high-performance teams through various stages of project development, including discovery and resource definition. Mr Revington has been involved in several major discoveries, including the Havana deposit (+3Moz Au) - part of the world-class Tropicana gold project (5Moz Au)—and played a significant role in the discovery of the Karlawinda gold deposit (+2Moz Au). Mr Revington is a founder of Firestone and holds a BSc (Hons) in Applied Geology and a Master of Science in Natural Resource Management.

IAN KING EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR (FINANCE & STRATEGY)

An investment banker and corporate advisor with over 30 years' experience serving domestic and international clients across natural resources, mining, and government sectors, including Australian Commonwealth and State Government mandates. He possesses strong general management and transaction execution skills, with experience spanning public takeovers, asset acquisitions and divestments, corporate reconstructions, and capital raisings for mid-cap companies and major Australian mining corporations. As a former director of an ASX-listed junior gold explorer/developer, Mr King played a key role in transforming the company from an under-capitalised explorer with significant secured debt and sub-scale projects into a recapitalised, focused operator. Key achievements included capital raising, negotiating debt settlements, divesting non-core assets, and structuring joint ventures. Mr King holds a BCom(Hons) LLB.

ANTHONY LATIMER NON-EXECUTIVE CHAIR

Mr Latimer is a corporate and commercial lawyer with 40 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions and corporate advisory, focusing on the energy, mining, agriculture, and transport sectors. He spent 20 years of his career at leading global legal firms, including Corrs, Norton Rose, and Bird & Bird, and is currently a partner at Kardos Scanlan. Mr Latimer continues to advise a diverse range of private and government enterprises, with a particular focus on Australia, China, Papua New Guinea, and Southeast Asia. He brings deep technical knowledge across corporate law and governance, foreign ownership, shareholder arrangements, joint ventures, and corporate structuring. Mr Latimer’s current public company directorships include Kingsland Minerals Ltd (ASX: KNG), APC Spatium Royalties Ltd, Wandarra Ltd, and AML Metals Ltd. He also maintains extensive experience on the boards of proprietary limited companies and currently serves as a director of Renewable Pacific Solutions Pty Ltd, Strata Australis Pty Ltd, Intilium Pty Ltd, Terra Tech Fibres Pty Ltd, AboveBoard Pty Ltd, and Command Resources Group (Singapore) Pte Ltd.

PAUL NEWLING NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Mr Newling has over of 35 years of tungsten mining and processing experience. Mr Newling was formerly General Manager EPCM at GRES, Vice President at SNC Lavalin Australia and Manager Project Delivery and Project Services at GHD Minproc. He is the founder and principal of mining consultancy at NewPro Consulting and Engineering Services. Mr Newling has significant experience with tungsten mining operations including from feasibility studies, plant design, construction and commissioning for some of the world’s prominent tungsten mines including in Europe, Central Asia, Africa, and Australia. He often acts for large investor and banking syndicates as their independent engineering expert, and he is a published author of tungsten processing technologies. Mr Newling has a BAppSc (Extractive Metallurgy) and MBA, and is a Fellow of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy and Member of the Australian Institute of Project Management.

MARTIN McQUADE NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Mr McQuade has over 40 years of experience in the mineral processing industries, holding senior roles including COO and CEO (Tungsten) to Senior Operations Management across a broad range of commodities. An extractive metallurgist by trade, he has direct experience in ferro-tungsten production in Asia, as well as leading tungsten discovery, resource development, and mining studies of tungsten projects across Australia and Asia. He is the former CEO of Tungsten Mining Group. Mr McQuade holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (BAppSc) in Extractive Metallurgy.
